How are per diems calculated?
You enter stops with arrival date and time, and locco builds the per diems from the rates configured for each country and destination. It handles multi-country trips, border-crossing rules and reductions when meals are provided, and converts foreign currencies to your reporting currency.
Can I use locco on mobile?
Yes. locco is a web app that runs on any device. On mobile you can install it as a real app: open your browser menu and pick 'Add to Home Screen' (or 'Install app'), and locco then launches from your home screen like any other app.
Can I export data to my accounting system?
Yes. locco generates export files from paid travel expenses so you can hand them to your payroll or accounting system, and you can export to Excel for analysis.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use encryption in transit and at rest, regular backups, and EU-based infrastructure. Your data is never shared with third parties.
Can I import existing data?
We currently don't support bulk import, but you can manually enter past travel orders. Contact us if you have a large amount of data to migrate.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period, after which it reverts to the free plan.
How do I add more users?
In account settings, you can invite colleagues via email address. Assign them roles as needed - administrator, user, or view-only.
Do you support foreign currencies?
Yes, locco supports all currencies for expense tracking, with automatic conversion to your reporting currency.
What if I exceed the order limit?
You'll receive a notification when approaching the limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime or wait for the new year when the limit resets.
